Job Description

The Head of NFR Systems leads the technology platforms supporting ANZ’s non-financial risk management, including operational, compliance, conduct, resilience and control processes. The role typically requires strong experience in banking technology, risk systems, technology delivery, architecture, governance and stakeholder management. The successful candidate is expected to set the systems strategy, oversee major change and investment programs, improve data and reporting quality, manage vendor and delivery partners, and ensure platforms meet security, regulatory and resilience standards. Strong leadership, commercial judgement, communication skills and the ability to work across risk, technology and business teams are essential. Experience operating in a large, regulated financial institution and managing complex transformation portfolios would be highly valuable.
