Job Description

The Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member keeps the store, entrances, car park and shopping trolleys clean, safe and presentable. Duties may include collecting and sanitising trolleys, cleaning floors and facilities, managing waste, responding to spills and following workplace health and safety procedures. The role requires reliability, physical fitness, attention to detail and the ability to work independently in an active retail environment. Candidates should be comfortable working on their feet, outdoors in changing weather, and during early mornings, evenings, weekends or public holidays. Friendly communication, punctuality and a strong commitment to customer safety and store standards are expected. Previous cleaning or retail experience may be helpful but is generally not essential, as training is usually provided.
