Job Description

A Store Team Member supports daily supermarket operations by serving customers, stocking shelves, rotating products, maintaining clean and safe displays, operating registers, checking inventory and following food-safety procedures. The role generally requires good communication, reliability, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a busy team environment. Candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting and moving products, learning store systems and working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. Previous retail experience is helpful but often not essential, as training is typically provided. A positive attitude, customer-focused approach and commitment to workplace safety are important expectations.
