A Store Team Member supports daily supermarket operations by serving customers, stocking shelves, rotating products, maintaining clean and safe displays, operating registers, checking inventory and following food-safety procedures. The role generally requires good communication, reliability, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a busy team environment. Candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting and moving products, learning store systems and working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
