Job Description

The Store Team Member supports daily supermarket operations across customer service, checkout, stocking shelves, fresh food, online orders, cleaning and maintaining a safe, welcoming store. Applicants generally need a positive attitude, reliable attendance, good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues. Previous retail experience is helpful but often not essential, as training is provided. Candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting stock safely and working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
