Job Description

The Assistant Fresh Manager supports the Fresh departments, helping lead daily store operations across produce, meat, bakery, deli and related areas. Requirements typically include retail or supermarket experience, sound product and stock knowledge, strong organisation, and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and early mornings. The successful candidate is expected to support the Fresh Manager, coach team members, maintain food safety and presentation standards, manage stock availability and minimise waste.
