Job Description

This role involves keeping the store and surrounding areas clean, safe and presentable, collecting and returning shopping trolleys, managing waste, and supporting customers when needed. Applicants should be reliable, physically fit and comfortable working on their feet, outdoors and in changing weather conditions. The role may require lifting, pushing, bending and repetitive tasks, along with following workplace health, safety and hygiene procedures. Candidates are expected to work independently and as part of a team, communicate respectfully, maintain a positive attitude and deliver consistent service. Flexibility to work across mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is commonly required.
