Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Woolworths, you will support customers, replenish shelves, maintain attractive and safe store areas, operate registers where required, and help ensure stock is available and accurately presented. The role generally requires good communication, reliability, attention to detail, basic numeracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy retail environment. Previous retail experience is helpful but often not essential, as training is provided. Candidates are expected to provide friendly service, follow safety and food-handling procedures, work cooperatively, and remain flexible with shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Physical capability for standing, lifting, moving stock, and regular store activity may also be required.
