Campaign Delivery and Insights Manager

Job Description

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering customer campaigns across Woolworths Group channels, while using data and insights to measure performance and improve future activity. Requirements typically include experience in campaign management, retail, marketing, digital channels or customer analytics; strong project coordination and stakeholder-management skills; and the ability to interpret data and turn findings into practical recommendations. Candidates are expected to manage multiple deadlines, work collaboratively with commercial and creative teams, maintain high delivery standards and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders. Familiarity with campaign platforms, customer segmentation, reporting tools and retail or loyalty programs would be valuable.
