Job Description

The Checkout Operator serves customers efficiently and courteously, processes purchases accurately, handles cash and electronic payments, keeps the checkout area clean, and follows food safety, security, and company procedures. Candidates should have good communication skills, a friendly and reliable attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a busy retail environment. Availability for shifts across mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays may be expected. Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not always essential, as training is generally provided.
