Job Description

A Store Team Member helps customers, replenishes shelves, operates registers, maintains store presentation and follows food safety and workplace safety procedures. The role generally requires a customer-focused attitude, reliability, good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy team. Applicants should be comfortable standing for long periods, lifting and moving stock, and working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. Previous retail experience is helpful but not always essential, as training is commonly provided. Candidates are expected to be friendly, punctual, safety-conscious and willing to support different areas of the store when required.
