Store Team Member

Job Description

A Store Team Member supports day-to-day supermarket operations by serving customers, replenishing shelves, rotating and checking stock, maintaining store presentation, following safety and food-handling procedures, and assisting at registers or in online-order fulfilment where required. Candidates generally need a positive attitude, reliability, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a busy team. Physical capability for standing, lifting, bending, and moving stock is commonly expected. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays is important. Previous retail experience is helpful but may not be essential, as training is usually provided. Successful applicants are expected to provide friendly service, work safely, follow company procedures, and contribute to an inclusive shopping environment.
