Job Description

The Store Team Member supports day-to-day supermarket operations, including serving customers, operating registers, replenishing shelves, checking product quality, maintaining store presentation, and following health, safety, and food-handling procedures. Applicants should have a friendly, reliable, and helpful attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays is commonly expected. Previous retail experience can be helpful but is not always required, as training is generally provided.
