Job Description

A Nightfill Team Member replenishes supermarket shelves outside peak trading hours, unloads deliveries, rotates stock, maintains clean and safe aisles, and helps ensure products are available for customers. The role generally requires the ability to lift and move cartons, stand for extended periods, follow procedures, work accurately, and safely use equipment. Candidates should be reliable, physically fit, comfortable working evening or overnight shifts, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Good communication, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach are expected. Previous retail or warehouse experience can be helpful but is often not essential, as training is typically provided.
