Job Description

The Store Team Member supports everyday supermarket operations, including serving customers, replenishing shelves, maintaining store presentation, handling stock, and following health, safety, and food-handling procedures. Candidates are expected to provide friendly service, work reliably as part of a team, communicate well, and adapt to a busy retail environment. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays may be required. Previous retail experience is helpful but not always essential, as training is generally provided. Physical fitness, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are important for the role.
