Job Description

A Store Team Member supports day-to-day supermarket operations by serving customers, replenishing shelves, rotating and checking stock, maintaining clean and safe departments, operating registers where required, and following food-safety procedures. Applicants should be reliable, approachable, physically able to stand and lift during shifts, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. Retail experience is helpful but not always essential, as training is generally provided. Candidates are expected to provide friendly service, work accurately, follow company policies, communicate well, and remain flexible with rosters, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
