Job Description

The Store Team Member supports everyday supermarket operations by serving customers, replenishing shelves, maintaining store presentation, handling stock and assisting with checkout or online-order tasks where required. Candidates should have a friendly, reliable and customer-focused attitude, good communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a busy environment. Previous retail experience is helpful but often not essential, as training is provided. The role generally requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays, plus the ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift or move stock. Candidates are expected to follow safety procedures, work accurately, keep the store clean and contribute positively to the team.
