Job Description

A Store Team Member helps customers, replenishes shelves, maintains presentation standards, operates registers, checks stock and keeps the store clean and safe. The role may involve working across departments such as checkout, grocery, fresh food or online order fulfilment. Candidates should be reliable, friendly, safety-conscious and comfortable working in a busy, physically active environment. Good communication, teamwork and a willingness to learn are important. Previous retail experience is helpful but not always required, as training is generally provided.
