Inventory Team Member

Job Description

The Inventory Team Member supports accurate stock control across the store by receiving deliveries, checking quantities, organising inventory, replenishing shelves, completing stock counts and maintaining a safe, orderly stockroom. The role generally requires good attention to detail, basic numeracy, physical fitness for lifting and standing, reliability and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. Candidates are expected to follow workplace health and safety procedures, use inventory or store systems accurately, communicate well with colleagues and provide helpful service when assisting customers. Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends or public holidays may be required. Previous retail, warehouse or inventory experience is useful but training is commonly provided.
