Job Description

A Store Team Member supports the daily operation of a Woolworths supermarket by serving customers, replenishing shelves, checking product quality, maintaining clean and safe work areas, operating registers, and assisting with online orders or other departments when required. The role generally requires a friendly, reliable and safety-conscious approach, good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team. Applicants should be comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting stock, and working flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Previous retail experience can be helpful but is not always essential, as training is commonly provided.
