Job Description

A Store Team Member supports everyday supermarket operations, including serving customers, replenishing shelves, handling stock, maintaining clean and safe areas, operating registers, and following food safety and workplace procedures. The role generally requires reliable availability, a positive attitude, good communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a busy team. Candidates should be comfortable standing for long periods, lifting and moving stock, learning store systems, and providing friendly service. Retail experience is helpful but may not be essential, as training is commonly provided. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays may be expected, depending on the store and roster.
