Job Description

A Store Team Member supports the daily operation of a Woolworths supermarket by serving customers, replenishing shelves, handling stock, maintaining store presentation, operating registers, and following health, safety and food-handling procedures. The role generally requires good communication, reliability, a customer-focused attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team. Candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting and moving products, working flexible shifts including evenings and weekends, and adapting to a fast-paced retail environment. Previous retail experience may be helpful but is not always essential, as training is commonly provided. A responsible approach, punctuality and willingness to learn are key expectations.
