Job Description

As a Store Team Member with Woolworths Group, you will help customers, replenish shelves, maintain clean and safe store areas, operate registers where required, and support stock and presentation standards. The role generally requires a friendly, reliable and customer-focused attitude, good communication skills, basic literacy and numeracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Previous retail experience is helpful but often not essential, as training is provided. Candidates should be comfortable standing for long periods, lifting and moving stock safely, and working flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
