Job Description

A Store Team Member helps customers, replenishes shelves, operates registers, maintains presentation standards, and supports a safe, clean store environment. The role may involve working across departments, handling stock, following food safety and workplace procedures, and completing tasks accurately during busy trading periods. Candidates should be reliable, friendly, physically capable of standing and lifting, comfortable working flexible shifts including evenings and weekends, and willing to learn. Good communication, teamwork, a customer-focused attitude, and responsible work habits are expected. Previous retail experience is helpful but is often not essential, as training is provided.
