A Store Team Member supports the daily operation of a Woolworths supermarket by serving customers, operating registers, replenishing shelves, checking product quality, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and helping with online orders where required. Applicants should have a friendly, reliable and customer-focused attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Previous retail experience is helpful but is not always essential, as training is generally provided.
