Job Description

The Store Team Member supports daily supermarket operations by assisting customers, replenishing shelves, rotating and checking stock, maintaining clean and safe work areas, operating registers when required, and following food safety and workplace procedures. Candidates should be reliable, friendly, physically capable of standing and lifting during shifts, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude are expected. Previous retail experience may be helpful but is not always essential, as training is generally provided. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays is commonly required.
