Job Description

The Store Team Member supports daily supermarket operations by assisting customers, replenishing shelves, checking product quality, maintaining clean and safe work areas, operating registers where required, and following food safety and workplace procedures. Candidates are expected to provide friendly service, communicate well, work reliably as part of a team, and demonstrate flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Previous retail experience is helpful but may not be essential, as training is generally provided. Physical capability for standing, lifting, stocking, and moving around the store is typically required. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction are important.
