Job Description

The Store Team Member supports daily supermarket operations by serving customers, operating registers, replenishing shelves, receiving and rotating stock, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and following food-handling and workplace procedures. The role generally requires good communication, reliability, basic numeracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy team environment. Candidates should be flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, and be comfortable standing, lifting cartons and completing repetitive tasks. Previous retail experience is helpful but often not essential, as training is provided. A positive attitude, customer focus and commitment to safety are expected.
