Job Description

A Store Team Member supports the daily operation of a Woolworths supermarket. Typical duties include serving customers, operating registers, replenishing shelves, checking product quality and dates, maintaining store presentation, handling stock, and following health, safety and loss-prevention procedures. Candidates should be reliable, friendly, physically able to stand and move stock for extended periods, and comfortable working in a busy team environment. The role may require early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Retail experience is helpful but not always essential, as training is generally provided. Strong communication, a positive attitude, attention to detail and a genuine focus on customer service are expected.
