Job Description

A Store Team Member supports customers and helps keep the store running smoothly. Typical duties include serving customers, operating checkouts, replenishing shelves, receiving and organising stock, maintaining store presentation, and following health, safety and food-handling procedures. Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive and reliable attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a busy team environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, is generally expected. Previous retail experience is helpful but not always essential, as training is usually provided. Physical capability for standing, lifting and moving stock may also be required.
