Job Description

The Store Team Member supports day-to-day supermarket operations by assisting customers, replenishing shelves, maintaining store presentation, operating registers, handling stock safely and following food safety and workplace health and safety procedures. Applicants should have a customer-focused attitude, good communication skills, reliability and the ability to work cooperatively in a busy retail environment. The role may require standing for extended periods, lifting and moving stock, and working flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Previous retail experience can be helpful but is not always essential, as training is generally provided.
