Job Description

A Store Team Member at BIG W supports customers and helps keep the store running smoothly. Typical duties include serving customers, operating registers, replenishing shelves, receiving and organising stock, maintaining presentation standards, and assisting with online orders when required. The role generally requires a positive attitude, reliable attendance, basic numeracy and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
