Job Description

The Store Team Member role involves assisting customers, operating registers, replenishing shelves, maintaining presentation standards, receiving stock and supporting general store operations. Applicants should be reliable, friendly, safety-conscious and comfortable working in a busy retail environment. Previous retail experience is helpful but is not always required, as training is provided. Candidates are expected to communicate well, work cooperatively, follow company procedures and deliver helpful customer service. Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays is generally required. The role may involve standing for long periods and lifting or moving stock.
