Job Description

A Store Team Member supports the daily operation of a Woolworths supermarket by serving customers, replenishing shelves, rotating and checking stock, maintaining clean and safe work areas, operating registers when required, and helping online or department teams. Candidates should be customer-focused, dependable, physically able to stand and move for extended periods, and comfortable working in a busy environment. Good communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are important. The role may involve early mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts. Previous retail experience can help but is not always required, as training is generally provided.
