Job Description

A Store Team Member supports the daily running of a Woolworths supermarket by serving customers, replenishing shelves, rotating and checking stock, maintaining presentation and cleanliness, operating registers, and following food safety and workplace procedures. Candidates should be friendly, reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a busy team environment. Good communication, a customer-focused attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are important. The role may involve standing for extended periods, lifting products, and working flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Previous retail experience is helpful but many positions provide on-the-job training.
