Store Team Member

Job Description

As a Store Team Member at BIG W Top Ryde, you will help customers, replenish stock, maintain merchandise presentation, operate registers, process transactions and keep the store clean and safe. The role may involve working across different departments and completing online-order or service tasks. Candidates should have a friendly, reliable and customer-focused attitude, good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is generally expected. Previous retail experience is useful but not always essential, as training is provided. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move stock safely and follow workplace procedures is also required.
