Job Description

This role involves keeping the store, entrances, car park and trolley areas clean, safe and presentable. Duties may include collecting and returning shopping trolleys, removing rubbish, cleaning floors and surfaces, responding to spills and supporting general store standards. Candidates should be reliable, physically fit and comfortable working on their feet, outdoors and in changing weather conditions. Good customer service, safe work practices, attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are expected. Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays may be required. Previous cleaning or retail experience is helpful but is generally not essential, as training is provided.
