Job Description

The Store Team Member supports day-to-day supermarket operations by serving customers, replenishing shelves, maintaining product presentation, handling stock, following safety procedures and keeping the store clean and organised. The role may involve working across checkout, fresh food, online orders or other departments. Candidates should have a friendly, reliable and helpful attitude, good communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a busy team. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, is generally expected. Previous retail experience can be useful but is not always required, as training is commonly provided.
