Project Coordinator

Job Description

The Project Coordinator supports the planning and delivery of projects by maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, tracking actions, preparing reports, managing documentation and communicating with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders. Typical requirements include project administration experience, strong organisation and communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence using Microsoft Office and project-management systems. Experience in construction, manufacturing, steel, engineering or a similar industrial environment is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to manage competing priorities, follow safety and quality procedures, identify delays or risks early, and support projects from initiation through completion. A practical, collaborative approach and the ability to work independently are important.
