Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

The Warehouse Team Member supports the safe and efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of steel products and materials. Requirements typically include warehouse or industrial experience, a strong focus on workplace safety, physical fitness, attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures. A forklift licence or relevant equipment experience may be desirable, along with basic computer skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Candidates are expected to maintain accurate inventory records, meet productivity targets, keep work areas organised and comply with BlueScope’s safety and quality standards. Flexibility to work shifts and a willingness to complete required training are also commonly expected.
