Project Coordinator

Job Description

The Project Coordinator is expected to support the planning and delivery of projects by maintaining schedules, coordinating contractors and internal teams, tracking budgets, preparing reports, managing documentation and helping resolve project issues. Candidates should have strong organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills, along with sound computer literacy and experience using project or business systems. Previous experience in project administration, construction, engineering, manufacturing or a related operational environment is likely to be valued. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, a safety-focused approach and confidence working collaboratively across different departments. Familiarity with procurement, risk management, reporting and continuous-improvement practices would be advantageous.
