The role leads capital planning activities within UOB’s Finance and Corporate Services Division, covering capital adequacy, forecasting, stress testing, regulatory submissions and strategic capital management. Candidates are expected to have a degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline, with substantial experience in banking finance, treasury, capital management, risk or regulatory reporting. Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA or CPA are advantageous. Strong financial modelling, analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills are required, together with knowledge of Basel capital standards and banking regulations. The successful candidate will lead a team, work with senior management and regulators, deliver accurate analysis under deadlines, and support prudent capital allocation across the organisation.
