Job Description

The role supports secured-loan sales performance by analysing financial results, monitoring targets, preparing management reports and helping improve sales strategies across products such as mortgages and loans. Candidates should have a degree in finance, banking, business, economics or a related field, with experience in sales performance analysis, financial planning, reporting or consumer lending. Strong Excel and data-analysis skills are expected, while knowledge of banking products, budgeting and performance-management tools is advantageous. The successful candidate should be commercially aware, detail-oriented and comfortable working with sales teams and senior stakeholders. Clear communication, presentation skills, analytical thinking, integrity and the ability to meet deadlines in a regulated banking environment are essential.
