Job Description

The Account Executive is responsible for developing new business and managing customer relationships for Federal Express services in Australia. Requirements typically include relevant sales or account-management experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, commercial awareness, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet targets. Experience in freight, logistics, express delivery, or business-to-business sales is advantageous. Candidates are expected to identify prospects, conduct sales visits and presentations, prepare quotations, maintain accurate customer records, resolve service concerns, and achieve revenue and activity goals.
