Job Description

The Service Management Consultant is expected to help clients design, improve and govern IT service management practices, commonly aligned with ITIL and service management frameworks. Responsibilities may include assessing current processes, defining operating models, improving incident, problem, change and request management, supporting service transition, and preparing documentation and reports. Candidates should have consulting or IT service management experience, strong knowledge of ITIL principles, excellent stakeholder communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
