Intern - Workforce Management

Job Description

The Workforce Management Intern will support activities such as workforce planning, employee data administration, reporting, scheduling, attendance tracking and coordination with HR and operational teams. Applicants should be undergraduate students or recent graduates in human resources, business administration, management, analytics or a related field. Strong Excel and basic data-analysis skills, attention to detail, communication ability and comfort working with confidential information are expected. The successful candidate should be organized, proactive, willing to learn and able to work effectively with different teams. Familiarity with workforce-management systems, dashboards or reporting tools would be an advantage. The role may also require supporting routine HR projects and preparing accurate, timely reports.
