Job Description

The Specialist – Operational Risk Management Assurance is expected to support MAS Holdings in identifying, assessing, monitoring and reporting operational risks across business functions. Responsibilities may include reviewing controls, testing assurance activities, documenting risk findings, tracking corrective actions and preparing reports for management. Candidates should typically have a degree in risk management, finance, business, audit or a related discipline, along with experience in operational risk, internal audit, compliance or assurance. Strong analytical, communication, documentation and stakeholder-management skills are essential. Familiarity with risk frameworks, control testing, process improvement and reporting tools is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to work independently, maintain professional judgment and promote a strong risk-aware culture.
