Job Description

The Concierge Supervisor leads the concierge team and ensures guests receive efficient, personalized assistance throughout their stay. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field, previous experience in concierge, guest services, or front office operations, and strong knowledge of local attractions, transportation, dining, and activities. Excellent English communication, customer-service, organizational, problem-solving, and supervisory skills are expected. The candidate should be polished, approachable, dependable, and able to remain calm while handling requests, complaints, VIP arrangements, and busy periods. Familiarity with hotel systems and additional languages is an advantage. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is normally required.
