Job Description

The Executive Housekeeper leads the hotel’s housekeeping and public-area operations, ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness, presentation, hygiene and guest comfort. Candidates typically need substantial luxury-hotel housekeeping experience, supervisory or departmental leadership expertise, strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards, and the ability to manage budgets, staffing, training and quality inspections. The role requires confident communication, sound organization, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate is expected to coach employees, coordinate with Front Office and Engineering, control departmental costs, resolve guest concerns professionally and uphold Shangri-La’s service standards.
