Job Description

The Floor Supervisor supports the smooth daily operation of the restaurant or food and beverage floor at Shangri-La, Hong Kong. Requirements typically include previous experience in hotel or restaurant service, good knowledge of guest service standards, strong communication skills, and the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
