The Executive Housekeeper leads the hotel’s housekeeping and laundry operations, maintaining luxury cleanliness and presentation standards across guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces. Candidates should have several years of housekeeping leadership experience in an upscale hotel or resort, strong knowledge of room standards, hygiene, laundry, budgeting and departmental cost control. The role requires excellent communication, staff scheduling, training and performance-management skills, along with a practical understanding of health and safety procedures.
